What an exhilarating day it was at the Lower Elementary Athletic Meet, held on March 16th! Kicking off the event, the Head of the Junior Wing, Ms. Meenu Sahi, declared the meet open. The atmosphere was electric as students and parents alike awaited the action-packed events. The day commenced with a spectacular display of discipline and coordination as Class 3 presented their Flexible Fitness Drill; followed by a rhythmic Clap Drill from Class 2 and a delightful Flower Drill by the youngest participants of Class 1. As the excitement reached a crescendo, it was time for the races! The flat races saw participants sprinting with all their might, showcasing their speed and agility. Following this, the relay races added an extra layer of excitement, with each class giving their all to pass the baton and cross the finish line first. Cheers and applause filled the air as proud parents watched their children shine on the field. The spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition was palpable throughout the day. To honor outstanding performances, medals were awarded to the deserving winners, celebrating their dedication and hard work. And let’s not forget the proud moment when the Best Marching contingent title was claimed by Satluj, showcasing exceptional coordination and teamwork! As the events came to a close on this memorable day, 42 examinees were proudly presented with their Trinity Exam certificates, (41 securing a Distinction!) marking their co-curricular achievements alongside their athletic endeavours.
